What is the minimum for a customised order?
Tooling-free customisation such as logo printing or retail packaging starts at 200–500 pcs depending on the item. New tooling normally starts at 1,000 pcs.
Do we own the tooling?
Yes — on request, moulds developed against your specification can be owned by your company and held at our factory, or shipped to you.
Can you manufacture to our own design file?
Yes. We work from 2D drawings, 3D STEP files, physical samples or reference products, and we will flag design-for-manufacture issues before quoting.
How do you protect our design?
We sign mutual NDAs before technical discussions, and customer designs are never shown to, or manufactured for, other buyers.
