Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide and quote to most destinations. Tell us your port or city and we will confirm the best freight option.
Who pays import duty?
On EXW, FOB and CIF terms the buyer pays destination duty and taxes, as our quotation covers only the named place. We can also quote DDP where you prefer a landed price.
Can you send samples by express?
Yes. Samples ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS within 3–5 working days, and we provide the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves.
Do you provide shipping documents?
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin where applicable, and battery transport documents for lithium products.
