Process
The seven quality gates
Nothing ships until it has passed each stage below.

Can you provide test reports for my market?
Yes. Tell us the destination country and sales channel and we will confirm which reports apply, and provide them with your quotation or order.
Do you do third-party inspection?
We support buyer-nominated third-party inspection such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek during production or pre-shipment, and will schedule and accommodate the visit.
What happens if goods arrive faulty?
Report the issue with photos and batch markings within 30 days of arrival. We replace confirmed defective units in the next shipment, or issue a credit note against your account.
Is there a warranty?
All rechargeable products carry a 12-month warranty on battery and driver, and a 24-month warranty on LED modules under normal use.
