Ordering
Minimums, samples and quantities
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 50 pcs per SKU for stock designs. Sample orders start from 5 pcs and are credited back against your first MOQ order.
Can I mix SKUs in one order?
Yes. Mixed-SKU orders are encouraged, and we consolidate multiple lines onto one pallet and one set of export documents.
Can I order just one unit first?
Yes — order from 5 pcs for evaluation. We would rather you test the product than commit blind.
Do you keep items in stock?
Core lines are held in stock for fast dispatch. Non-stock and customised items are produced to order, typically within 7–15 days.
Pricing
Cost, tiers and quotations
What currency are prices in?
All prices on the site and in quotations are in USD, ex-works Shenzhen unless another incoterm is agreed.
How does tier pricing work?
Unit price drops automatically as quantity rises. Tiers are shown on every product page and applied in the cart.
Is there a setup fee for customisation?
Artwork and print setup are free above MOQ. Private mould tooling is quoted separately and can be customer-owned.
Do you charge for samples?
Samples are charged at single-unit price plus freight. The product value is credited back when you place an order at MOQ or above.
Production
Lead times and customisation
What is the standard lead time?
Stock items dispatch in 3–7 days. Standard production runs take 7–15 days, and customised orders 15–35 days depending on tooling.
Can you print our logo?
Yes — pad printing, laser etching and UV printing on product and remote, from 200 pcs.
Can you make our own packaging?
Yes. Colour boxes, gift boxes, blisters and display cartons from 500 pcs, using your die-line or ours.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. Your brand on product, packaging and manual. We will not ship competing identical product under another label into the same market without agreement.
Shipping & after-sales
Delivery, payment and warranty
How long does shipping take?
Express 3–7 working days, air freight 7–12 days, sea freight 22–40 days depending on route. Transit and cost are quoted with every order confirmation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit card and PayPal for small batches at checkout, and T/T bank transfer for all volumes. Letters of credit are available at high volume.
What is the warranty?
12 months on battery and driver, 24 months on LED modules under normal use. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes. We welcome visits and third-party audits with one week’s notice so production and QC staff are available.
